Reporting

Open evenings are held during the first half of Autumn term for you to meet the staff and see the environment they are working in. Then again in the second half of Spring term for parent/carers to look at their children’s work.

Termly reports on your child’s attendance, attainment, progress and learning attitude are shared with parent/carers via the Reach More Parents App. towards the end of Autumn and Spring term. Parent/carers who wish to discuss their child’s report are invited to contact the school to arrange a discussion with the class teacher.

Annual reports are shared via the Reach More Parents App. with parent/carers around the first week in July. Teachers prepare an annual report, which summarises attainment in each curriculum area as well as statutory assessments where relevant, progress across the year and Key Stage, attitude to learning, attendance information for the year and pastoral information. Children also contribute to the report which gives clear targets for the next academic year.

SEN Support Plans are shared with parents each term. Parent/carers are invited to discuss the content of the plans with the class teacher.

* See Reporting to Parents Annual Cycle in policies.

Live information on your own child’s daily learning and achievements can be accessed through the Reach More Parents App.
